The project consists of a three and four story interconnected building on a wooded site overlooking a natural wetland area. Beyond the normal amenities of a project of this type, it includes a lap pool and wellness center for the active senior residents.

The state-or-the-art building is organized into four houses with common dining and living spaces, and each resident unit has private bathing with roll-in showers.
