This 325 unit senior development is designed as a continuum of care
campus with ten single level townhome units, 150 independent living units,
85 assisted living units, 30 memory loss units, and 50 special care units.
The project consists of a three and four story interconnected building on
a wooded site overlooking a natural wetland area. Beyond the normal
amenities of a project of this type, it includes a lap pool and wellness
center for the active senior residents.

The first phase of this senior community is a 77 unit building for
independent seniors that will be connected to the new Woodbury Community
Center and Library. The second phase will include a 65 unit assisted
living building with a connection link to the independent building.
EagleCrest Dementia Residence, Presbyterian Homes, Roseville,
Minnesota

This 36 unit building for memory loss residents is the third part of
the EagleCrest Campus, and complements the 90 unit Assisted Living Commons
and 127 unit Independent Living Terrace. All three buildings are
interconnected below grade for staff and resident access. The
state-or-the-art building is organized into four houses with common dining
and living spaces, and each resident unit has private bathing with roll-in
showers. The four houses are connected with a 2500SF Central Park with
activity and wellness areas leading to an enclosed outdoor garden.
ParkWood Shores Assisted Living , SilverCrest Properties, St.

This 91 unit assisted living building was designed to complement the
existing 207 independent living units in the 13 story ParkShore Place. The
four story building was constructed in two phases due to zoning and
regulatory issues. A third phase has been masterplanned to provide an
additional 150 congregate living units in a ten story tower on the site
overlooking Wolfe Lake.
Edgerton High-Rise Renovation, St. Paul Public Housing

The renovation of this 14 story high rise was undertaken in two phases.
The first phase renovated and expanded the common areas on the first floor
including new kitchen, expanded dining, beauty and activity spaces. The
second phase includes updating common areas, dwelling units and fire and
life safety systems in the 14 story tower.

A mixed-use re-development project on a 14-acre urban site consisting
of: 127 units of senior independent living in the Terrace, a seven-story
tower; and 91 units of senior assisted living in the four-story Commons.
The Commons also includes a licensed Child Development Center that offers
daycare and intergenerational programming with the assisted living
residents. The Master Plan includes 36 units in a special care facility
for Alzheimer’s residents, a 57 unit Country Inn & Suites motel and
16,000 sf academic building for Northwestern College, and the
reconfiguration of Lincoln Drive.

One prototype provides a residential care environment for twenty-eight
