Residential and mixed use projects include the development of market rate rental, for sale townhomes and condominiums, and senior projects including independent, assisted and memory care. Development services provided are site evaluation, selection and acquisition; review of market conditions and creation of development program; conceptual site design and engineering, municipal reviews and obtaining approvals; management of design and engineering services; project budgeting and value engineering; and oversight of construction activities. |
